Why Martial Fit?

MartialFit was created as a way to combine my love of exercise and Martial Arts.

Two incredibly powerful ways to boost confidence and self esteem for women of all walks of life. ANYONE can do Martial Arts.

Its a form of exercise that can be adapted and developed to any level of fitness and ability.

My name is Kelly and I am a qualified Personal Trainer and 1st Dan Blackbelt in the art of Taekwondo.

I am a mother to two young boys and I juggle 3 different jobs. So I know how tricky life can be!

One thing that has made the world of difference to my life and my ability to get through the hard times is keeping myself fit and healthy.

It can seem hard to find the time, but there is always a way and it really is worth the effort. You can’t pour from an empty cup, so making yourself a priority will have a positive effect on all areas of your life.

Martial Arts is an absolute obsession and joy for me, as it has given me strength, courage and confidence to get through life’s difficult patches.

I understand that not everyone is interested in putting on the uniform and climbing the belt ranks in a traditional martial arts setting, that’s what brought me to start up MartialFit. I want others to be able to enjoy the wide reaching benefits that martial arts exercise can bring to their lives.
